Since the establishment of the Library and Information Services Center in 1994, the Institute has spent more than 65 million baht to develop the library collections and library facilities. The Library at Rangsit has a total floor area of 2,518.5 square meters with a seating capacity of 490. A branch library of 1,319 square meters with a seating capacity of 250 was set up for SIIT at Bangkadi in October 2004.  
 
At present, the SIIT Library (at Rangsit and Bangkadi) has in total 42,321 volumes of publications and 548 titles of periodicals (technical journals, magazines, and newsletters) with 66 titles (English – 43 titles, Thai – 23 titles) are currently subscribed. The Library also subscribes to 30 titles of ASCE online journals.
 
In addition, SIIT students, faculty members and staff can access 14 databases: ABI/INFORM Complete, ACM Digital Library, IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL), ProQuest Dissertation & Theses Global, SpringerLink, Web of Science, American Chemical Society Journal (ACS), Academic Search Complete, Computers & Applied Sciences Complete, EBSCO Discovery Service Plus Full Text, Education Research Complete, H.W. Wilson, Emerald Management , and ScienceDirect, which have been subscribed by the Office of the Commission for Higher Education for universities in Thailand. Library users can also access SCOPUS and IET InspecDirect through TU Library.

Integrated Library System and Computer Facilities

The Library implemented the VTLS Integrated Library System in 1995 and the library system was migrated from Classic Version to Virtua Version in October 2004, lasted software upgraded was changed from original OPAC into CHAMO Social OPAC in January 2016. The library database is now accessible 24 hours via Internet.

The Library at Rangsit has 15 computers and the Library at Bangkadi has 15 computers for users to access the library catalog, online databases, and worldwide information resources.
